Return & Refund Policy – UNBROKEN


If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To process your request, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the product without any cuts.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on product availability.


Note: Requests without a valid unboxing video or raised after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
